How To Turn “Water” Into Marbles

You might turn the music down or off first.

I thought I knew about ever state of matter, but this seems to sit somewhere between a solid and liquid. When exposed to the air the liquid, made from household products, takes on perfectly spherical form.

It reminded me of Oobleck, corn starch and water, that is liquid, but solid when disturbed. Turns out they are both in a class of what’s called non-Newtonian liquids.
